Joshua the great city of Portland, Oregon during a visit to an amusement Park the oaks observed the appearance of UFOs. It happened on Saturday 20 Aug 2016.
Joshua, along with his friends an hour later in the afternoon witnessed an unusual phenomenon. Several bright lights flew in the sky over the Park.
First, young people suggested that it was balloons, but they noticed that the objects move in a circle in a spiral upwards. It could also be one large object, as the lights moved synchronously relative to each other.
Appeared bright lights glowed blue and then disappeared, then reappeared. The witness said that was a very hot day with little wind.
Joshua immediately took out his phone to make a video. The footage he managed to record, was made just before the final disappearance of the UFO. The best objects are visible at the beginning and at the end of the video.

A group of people and I witnessed this while at Oaks Park on August 20th, 2016 around 1 PM. At first glance we figured they were balloons, however we noticed they were spiraling in a continuous downward circle, disappearing and then reappearing, this was during a 100° day with very little wind. I filmed this towards the end of the sighting as I hadn't thought to pull my phone out until then. The clearest view of the objects are in the beginning and the end of the video. Look to the bottom left of the tower at the very beginning of the video, you will see a cluster of white orbs appear and then disappear after 2 or 3 seconds. Then, at the end of the video you can see them appear again at the bottom right of the tower, and then disappear a few seconds later.
