From an eyewitness:
This photo was taken 10 January 2009 with a camera phone while walking around San Diego. The UFO appeared briefly, hovered in the air, and then, immediately after I took his picture, disappeared.
If you enlarge the picture, you will see a flash on the power line that runs below. I have seen other UFOs in San Diego but all of them appeared in the night. This UFO was very close to me and scared the hell out of me!
