Initial data
The first report of the person-the owl appeared when paranormal researcher Tony "Doc" to Shils came a man named don Melling, who attended the festive event in Lancaster.
Melling said that on April 17, 1976, his two daughters, 12-year-old June and her 9-year-old sister, Vicky, were walking through the woods near the Church of Mawnan when he suddenly saw a large winged creature hovering above the Church tower. Girls like he was scared and immediately ran to tell father.
According to Shils, the family was so frightened by the appearance of creatures that they left three days earlier and that the father did not allow him to interview any of his daughters. Sheils, however, received a drawing of the creature made by twelve year old June.
In a later study of the case, Jonathan Downes claims that Shils first described these events in "letter", although he did not specify to whom Shils wrote. The story was later described in the brochure entitled "Morgawr: The Monster of Falmouth Bay," written by Anthony Manana-by Peller, which was circulated throughout Cornwall in 1976.

Hypotheses
Famous creatures
There are a huge number of different living organisms on our planet. According to recent estimates, the number of species of organisms on our planet is approximately 7-10 million. However, only 15% of the data are described today.
According to the calculations of Canadians, 2.2 million species live in the world's oceans, 6.5 million on land. There are only about 7.8 million species of animals on the planet, 611 thousand fungi, and 300 thousand plants.
Deliberate falsification
This version includes any falsifications that imitate unexplained phenomena both from the outside: practical jokes, flash mobs, fake news, witness fraud, staging, etc.
There are many ways to make something similar to a ghost or a flying saucer from improvised materials, without using video and photomontage.
Many homemade things made for the sake of a joke, a practical joke or a direct imitation of a mystical being or event can be taken as unexplained not only in photos and videos, but also in reality.
Investigation
Expect that it could all be a hoax of Shils, who was "a brilliant surrealist painter and writer, showman, wizard and architectorum" or observation escaped from somewhere, the owl, some species of which can grow more than 60 centimetres in length, with a wingspan of about 1.8 meters.
