Gina explique :
« Ma grand-mère est morte il y a trois ans et je n'ai pas emmené de nourriture pour elle au cimetière. »
Elle poursuit :
« La diseuse de bonne aventure m'a dit que c'était une erreur de ne pas lui avoir rendu hommage avec une offrande de nourriture et que le fait qu'elle m'ait contacté alors que je faisais la cuisine n’est pas une coïncidence. Depuis lors, j’emmène chaque jour des beignets au cimetière. »
Florica Mihai, 45 ans, une autre parente de la défunte, raconte :
« Le prêtre du village m'a dit que nous devions faire durant 40 jours l'aumône afin de compenser ce que nous avons raté et nous le faisons maintenant, nous voulons aider son âme pour être nous-aussi sauvé. »

Now dozens of other families have joined them at churches across the town to pray for her grandmother.

Gina said: "My grandmother died three years ago and I haven't taken any food for her to the graveyard.
"I was making doughnuts at the time and didn't want to get the phone dirty so I put it in my pocket, and when I took it out there was the image on the phone.
"The fortune teller told me that was a mistake not to have paid tribute to her with an offering of food, and it was significant that she contacted me while I was cooking. I have taken doughnuts to the cemetery every day since then."
