Initial data
Aviva Carmel was tempted to leave her bed and go outside. There, she saw the silver ship land in two stages: first the front part touched down, then the back.
She estimated that the ship was about the size and shape of an ”orange storage tank " or fruit bin, about sixty feet (18 m) in circumference.
She approached the ship to inspect it, and from a distance of about twenty feet (6 m), she saw one of the crew members. He was 2.5 meters tall and wore a silver foil jumpsuit that clung to his body like a second skin. He was wearing a helmet, but the tinted visor made it impossible for her to see his face.
The next day, Carmel ventured out into the backyard and saw a print on the landing site of the ship. It was a circle with a diameter of 22 feet (6.6 m), formed by living vegetation. The plant life outside the imprint has died.
