A local metal worker was resting on a street bench after a day of work. Suddenly, he looked up and saw an object hovering above him, resembling a large star. At the edges of the star, he saw bright flashes of light. Then the star descended, and he could see the borders on the metal surface of the strange ship, consisting of several segmented metal structures connected by some riveted objects.
A moment later, a grayish cloud enveloped him. The fog seemed to thicken and take on a white hue. Then the fog turned gray again and disappeared. The astonished man found himself in a strange room.
He then encountered several humanoid creatures in the room. The humanoids were humanoid, very attractive to look at, with beautiful facial features (possibly of the Nordic type). The aliens talked to the witness and offered him to drink some colorful liquids, which were quite tasty, but very difficult to compare with any drink on Earth.
The alien crew then led the witness around their ship, through the various compartments of the circular alien ship. The man walked through corridors with oddly ironed bas-reliefs or paintings on the walls. Then they showed him something that looked like a power plant, but before that they put something like a spacesuit on him. Then they entered the main engine compartment (apparently, the power source was emitting dangerous emissions for humans).
The stunned man saw a lot of complex equipment, and then he was brought back to Earth. Shortly after the encounter, the witness began investigating what he called the " magnetic fluid” that was used to power the UFO's engine.
The aliens told the witness, among other facts, that they wanted to prevent a Russian ship from crashing on a bridge on the Volga River back in the spring of 1990, and directed their saucer to prevent a collision. But the alien spacecraft was also experiencing “technical "problems and losing energy, so another alien ship had to approach the first one and “transfer" the energy to the first one. But it was too late to prevent the tragic accident on the Volga.
Surprisingly, another resident of Astrakhan, a certain Mrs. Fadeeva, confirmed the incident. She said that she saw two UFOs in the air before the incident with the ship and noticed the moment when something like "thunderbolts" jumped between both UFOs.

The humanoids were human-like, very attractive looking, with beautiful features (possibly of the Nordic kind). The aliens communicated with the witness and invited him to drink some multicolored liquids, which were quite tasty, but very difficult to compare with any drink on Earth.
