The witness was walking along an isolated roadway when he noticed a strange figure approaching him on the road.

As he approached, he saw that it was about 4 feet (1.2 m) tall, hunched over, and resembled some form of flying reptile. It suddenly jumped onto the nearest wire fence.

The creature had large gray wings, a large head with a pointed beak, and some sort of horn on top. The creature glanced briefly at the witness, then silently flew away and disappeared from view.

Summary: The witness was taking a walk along an isolated roadway when he noticed a strange figure approaching him on the road. As it approached he could see that it was about 4-foot tall, hunched over and resembling some form of flying reptile. It suddenly jumped on top of a nearby wire fence. The being had large gray-colored wings, a large head with a pointed beak and some type of horn on top of its head. The being looked briefly at the witness then flew off silently and disappeared from sight.
