A man named Jeff returned to the University of Central Michigan as a student, and the night after his final exams, he woke up to find someone or something forcibly turning his head to the side.
The next thing he knew, he saw a large, predatory mantis-type creature crouching over him. He felt that this strange creature wanted him to calm down, even when it stuck a needle object in his ear.
"He wanted me to relax," Jeff says.
Jeff struggled unsuccessfully with the collision, waking up the next morning with his neck muscles strained and his eyes barely able to see.
He recalled another more auspicious encounter in 1994, when a small gray alien creature woke him from his sleep so that he could escape the fire raging in his apartment.

He sensed that the strange being wanted him to calm down even as it stuck a needle-like object into his ear. “It wanted me to relax” Jeff says. Jeff fought the encounter to no avail, waking up the next morning with strained neck muscles and an eye he could barely see with. He remembered another more benign encounter in 1994 when a small gray alien creature woke him up from his sleep so he could escape a fire raging in his apartment.
