An eyewitness from The Hague writes:
The triangular object flew over the North Sea (west coast) at high speed from top to bottom and was flying between two bright stars.
At first, it looked like an airplane because of the type of lights: below (on the "nose") is a red light, and above it on the left and right (as if on the wings of the same object or as part / view of two separate objects) is a white bright spot. However, it was moving so fast that it couldn't have been an airplane, and too slow for a shooting star (which couldn't have been because of those lights anyway).
After a quick "drop" of about 5 centimeters (look / point of view, what do you call it?), which I felt could be followed for about 2 seconds, the object (or three objects) suddenly seemed to dissolve.
The sky was crystal clear, not a single cloud.

DEN HAAG, ZH — Een driehoekig object vloog boven de Noordzee (westkust) in snelle vaart van boven naar beneden en leek tussen twee heldere sterren door te gaan vliegen. Het leek in eerste instantie een vliegtuig door het soort lichtjes: onderaan (op de ‘neus’) een rood lichtje met daarboven links en rechts (als het ware op de vleugels van hetzelfde object, of als onderdeel/aanzicht van twee aparte objecten) een wit lichtpuntje. Het verplaatste zich echter zo snel dat het geen vliegtuig kon zijn en net te langzaam voor een vallende ster (wat het vanwege die lichtjes sowieso niet kon zijn). Na een snelle ‘val’ van circa 5 centimeter (oogopslag/oogpunt, noem je dat zo?) die voor m’n gevoel zo’n 2 seconden te volgen was, leek het object (of dus de drie objecten) ineens op te lossen. De lucht was kraakhelder, geen wolkje te zien.
