Initial data
An eyewitness from Groenlo writes:
Often, around 5: 00, a large glowing sphere appears. Many times the size of a star, low on the horizon, moving unnaturally and changing color. I see this thing very often, but now I took it off. By the way, there was another one, but it was much higher and further away. Often there are 2 or 3.
Original news
Hypotheses
The heavenly bodies
The brightest heavenly bodies in the sky are Venus, Jupiter, and sometimes Mars and, of course, the Moon.
Venus is the bright yellow of the evening or morning star, shining in the sky on the background of evening or dawn. Maximum brightness of Venus can reach up to 4.3 m, and she is the third brightness of the sun in earth's sky after the sun and the moon. It so well reflects the light of the Sun that it is relatively easy to see and day, especially if you know the location. It manifests itself in the form of tiny blinking white dots.
Investigation
The object stands still for a long time, which gives the right to assume that it is a celestial body. For example, in astrobel.ru specified:
Venus in April will move through the constellations of Pisces (until April 14) and Aries (from April 14). It will be possible to observe Venus in April from the second half of the month in the morning sky over the eastern horizon in the conditions of dawn.
