One night I had an experience the like of which I have never experienced before or since. my body was paralyzed, my eyes were closed, and so was my mouth. There was a terribly painful sensation of vibration all over my body. I couldn't open my eyes or open my mouth to scream. back then, it was like I was floating outside my bedroom window; being directly above the garage and looking down at the street in front of the house. as soon as it happened, I was back in bed. I thought it was a strange dream, and quickly fell asleep again.
The same process occurred: painful vibrations, paralysis, eyes and mouth closed (I don't think I could breathe if not well).
This time I went to a different place. It was dark all around me. all I remember is seeing this silvery poll moving in and out of my stomach. I could feel it.
Then I was back in my bed, like I was fighting it all. I struggled to get up and run down the hall to my mother's bedroom. I couldn't get out of bed because I felt like I was being pushed and held down. The same painful process was repeated.
This time I woke up in a tiny room on a two-or three-person sofa. The room was neon purple (ceiling, walls) and the sofa was neon green. the room had no doors or windows, the only thing in the room besides me and the sofa was a mirror (maybe five feet (1.5 m) long). I've been in this place the longest. I got up from the couch, went to the mirror, and looked at myself. At first I seemed normal, and then I started noticing that my face was melting. it was like my eyes, nose, and skin were melting. I collapsed at that moment. my body went limp, and I felt my skull hit the hard floor. everything was black, and I couldn't move or breathe.
I lay there for a while, trying to come to terms with death. then, suddenly, I was back in my bed and out, running down the hallway without restraint, screaming:
"I'm alive, I'm alive !? I'm dead !? is it true!?"
At this time in my life, I have seen shadow people in my waking life, and they often visited me in my dreams. I began to dread sleep. One night, a creature appeared in my house. it was in a dream, I was sitting down on a chair, and this creature was sitting across from me. it was like pure evil. he had a reptilian face (this was long before I knew about these creatures), large yellow eyes with vertical slitted pupils, a deep booming and angry voice, and he was wearing what looked like a black robe. He was yelling at me. I think he was trying to tell me some very unpleasant things that I really don't want to repeat. then he said:
"I have to kill you right now!"
Then he looked down the hall and back at me, smiled maliciously, and said:
"But I'll ask someone to do it for me."
I looked down the corridor and saw the same shadowy man I had seen in my waking and dream. all of this happened when I was 14 and I'm not 24, I feel like it's time to talk about it. now I see a lot of white balls, and since I started meditating, their number has increased significantly. It's the first time I've seen the shadow man again in a long time, but the white balls are much more popular. The white balls seem to be equal and opposite to what I experienced. please, I need answers, and so far I haven't been able to get deep into this.
I feel alone with my peers in this matter, as well as with my friends and family, as they have not faced these problems either. meditation and prayer have helped a lot, and I feel like I'm experiencing the same and opposite of what I was doing at that time in my life. I have a very deep and innate connection to the et phenomenon since I was young enough to go to kindergarten (this connection was not brought to me by family or friends). and I'm wondering if this correlates with the intense high-pitched sounds I heard as a child with the accompanying visuals I'm now experiencing again.
I don't often see these white balls. I want to be a part of this movement. after all this, I want to finally talk to someone who is involved in this life's work.
