A group of witnesses gathered outside the facility noticed a flying object approaching them.
The object was described as black in color, with something red at the top and resembling a giant "doll".
It flew at an altitude of 150 to 300 meters. About a kilometer away from the witnesses, the object was spinning around itself, turning on its side, taking the form of a vertical cylinder, tall and thin.
Finally, the object left the area in complete silence, hiding behind the neighboring buildings.
