Nelson R. Polanco, his sister Rosana Rocha and a mutual friend Nora experienced several strange events at night, when they observed strange figures in the form of people apparently floating above the water, as well as bright flashes of light.

At one point, a small glowing white sphere approached Rosana as she cowered in fear.
