I was standing at the back door at exactly 4:30 and looked at the sky in the direction of Shannon Airport (South-Western Ireland).

It was cloudy, and I saw this oval-shaped object illuminating the clouds with a bright green color, "shooting" through a clear spot for a split second. He was far away, but he was still very fast, as if he was right next to me.
