On July 20, 2010, in northwest Washington, DC, at exactly 3: 18: 07 a.m., Mr. Allen presented a slow-moving extraterrestrial hyperspace spacecraft hovering in the sky.
It happened one mile southeast of the White House. Mr. Allen claimed to have seen a mysterious directed energy beam or a strange beam of light in the vicinity of the White House.
As a former White House / Air Force engineer and professional photographer, Will Allen claimed to have collected photos of extraterrestrial spacecraft landing at the White House under the Potomac River. Mr. Allen grew up on US military bases and currently resides in Washington, DC.
He recalled that at the age of five, there were four to five gray aliens in silver spacesuits who were implanted with a device.
During his years in the White House and serving in the army, the implanted device went unnoticed. He is currently tasked with photographing an alien ship, and the personnel entering the P-56A have restricted Capitol Hill at high speed through the hyperspace Stargate, signaling him to visit locations in Washington, DC.
As a competent photographer, he believes that the photos are of high quality. Moreover, it documents the same intelligent hyperspace civilization that stands behind the overpasses on July 16, 1952 and July 16, 2002. On July 16, 2014, a beam of light directed at the building was recorded live from the camera.
Unfortunately, President Obama officially denies the evidence. The proximity to the public and the absolute transparency of the aircraft in the White House are at first glance obvious evidence of the "Disclosure of Aliens" movement directed by the underground services of the United States and the interests of Rockefeller.

Hypotheses
Objects in motion, captured on a long exposure
Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Essentially, each video drops a few strokes of the wings of an insect, which when viewed looks like "arrow", provided with long protuberances. The motion of the insect by its translucent body seems to "boom" and vibration of the wings give the appearance of bumps.
