An eyewitness from the city of Den Bommel (South Holland region) noticed a round light in the cloud (from noted it as "wrong").
He describes it like this:
A not too bright light in the shape of a circle lives in a cloud with irregular movements and an irregular duration of several seconds. The cloud was elongated.
Since the light was not very strong, I could not capture it in the picture. Therefore, due to irregular movements, it cannot be the light from the lighthouse. Even if someone is shining a flashlight or something like that. This is because it is flowing (I mean, if you shine a flashlight, you can recognize it by the movement and trembling of your hands), in short, it is inexplicable in my eyes!

Rond licht (onregelmatig) in een wolk
DEN BOMMEL, ZH — Een niet al te vel licht in de vorm van een cirkel bewoon in onregelmatige bewegingen en onregelmatige duur van seconden over een wolk heen. De wolk was langwerpig. Aangezien het licht dus niet heel sterk was heb ik dit niet op beeld kunnen vastleggen. Vanwege de onregelmatige bewegingen kan het dus geen licht van een vuurtoren zijn. Ook niet van iemand die aan het schijnen is met een zaklamp of iets. Dit omdat het wel vloeiend was (ik bedoel hiermee dat stel je zou met een zaklamp schijnen je dat kan herkennen aan de beweging en het trillen van je handen) kortom dit is in mijn ogen onverklaarbaar!
