Savinov Sergey Vladimirovich, who lived at the time of the survey in the Kostroma region, says:

... To make it clearer to you, it was not far from the place where the Unzha flows into the Volga. I don't remember the date. I was sailing on a boat and heard strange sounds from under the water like rumbling, grinding and moaning. I don't know what it was, but it was creepy.
