Initial data
UFO over Saint-Jan in Den Bosch.
An eyewitness writes:
I was at the parade in Hertogenbosch, photographing St. Jan, when a balloon appeared, which stopped and then moved quickly. I took some photos.
On one of them, a glowing ball has the shape of a disk. He moved like lightning. Impressive.
I wonder if people saw it more from 18:33 to 18:34 on December 28, 2021.
According to ufomeldpunt.nl this is the reflection from the lenses.

UFO boven St Jan in Den Bosch
'S-HERTOGENBOSCH, NB — Stond op de Parade in Den Bosch en maakte foto’s van de St. Jan toen er een lichtbol verscheen die stilstond en zich toen snel bewoog. Verschillende foto’s gemaakt. Op een ervan heeft de lichtgevende bol een discus vorm. Bewoog zich razendsnel. Indrukwekkend. Vraag me af of meer mensen het gezien hebben van 18:33 tot 18:34 op 28 dec 2021.

Hypotheses
Re-reflections in lens lenses from a strong light source

The lens consists of a set of lenses (in some lenses - of mirrors), designed for mutual compensation of aberrations and assembled into a single system.
From the contour light (bright light sources behind the subject or next to it), caught in the frame or located outside the frame, parasitic reflections from the internal elements of the lens are formed, called glare (or in slang "hares").
Investigation
Despite the description of the eyewitness (did he observe it not only on the camera?), based on the location and appearance, this is really a re-reflection from the lantern in the frame. Unfortunately, there are no other obvious highlights in the photo to unequivocally confirm this hypothesis, but in the photo with a long object, the shape of the light of the lanterns is the same as the shape of the object.
The elongated shape is obtained by shooting with a small shutter speed and the trembling of the operator's hands (in the photo, where there are more movements, the contours of buildings are more blurred and the shape of the object is more elongated).
