On the night of January 13-14, 1991, an ellipsoid-shaped object hovered over the building of the Supreme Council of Lithuania, which flashed brightly for a moment and after the flash disappeared into the darkness without a trace. Subsequently, the film footage of this phenomenon only once got into the chronicle of foreign journalists and disappeared from the air after the show.
