A low-flying UFO-shaped cloud flew over Beijing two months ago.
The aliens have rules, not our rules, but their rules, and one of them is that they should at least try to hide us from them so that they don't cause panic here. So they create a cloud around UFOs.
It is also a great way to approach low and boldly just a hundred meters above the ground so that they can control our Internet, phones and even scan people, houses, appliances in houses. Basically it's collecting information, but... why?
I hope it's just out of curiosity to learn about the early development of our society as a whole, but they can use the data to access whether we are worthy to continue living on this planet... a test that may never end, but will happen again, and again, and again throughout the history of mankind.
The Winter Olympic Games will also be held in Beijing in the coming weeks. Perhaps this UFO wanted to explore the area to see athletes training and competing there. In the face of the threat of covid, war, discrimination and political discord... the peoples of the world will unite... in the world. This may intrigue the aliens a little.

So they make a cloud around the UFO. This is also a great way to come in low and bold just a hundred meters over the land itself so they can monitor our internet, phones, and even scan the people, homes, tech within the homes. Mostly its gathering intel, but...why? I hope its just out of curiosity of learning early development of our society in general, but they could be using the data to access if we are worthy to continue living on this planet...a test that may never end, but happen again, and again, and again throughout human history.

Such clouds form on the crests of air waves or between two layers of air. A characteristic feature of these clouds is their stationary position, despite the wind.

Lasers, searchlights, car headlights and other light sources of sufficient power can form a column of light in a dusty or foggy atmosphere, various patterns on low clouds, fog or haze. Also, the rays can highlight parts of the cloud, objects or birds, giving them bizarre shapes.
Searchlights can shine with one beam, several. They can be stationary, move, and also form spinning carousels on the clouds, which can change shape and color.
It often seems that the light source is located at the point where the beam hits the cloud, and not vice versa.
