Initial data
The following statement was provided by /u/Jackfish2800 :
I saw it around 6:15 p.m. in St. Stephens, Alabama, right from a mobile phone cut off from the road.
He caught my attention because of the speed at which he was moving. It was moving rapidly in a northeasterly direction at a high altitude, and it actually seemed to stop for about 1 minute or so, and then changed direction to a more northerly direction, and then disappeared, or I just lost it.
I would give this a 4/10 on my weirdness scale, but I actually thought I'd bring it here since I have videos and photos. It was a beautiful night, and the wind was blowing from the south-southeast, and its gusts reached about 10 mph before the dust, when it was very light.

Ok, I was expecting a submission thing on this. I saw this about 6:15 pm in st stephens, alabama right off mobile cut off road.
It caught my attention because of the speed it moved. It was moving rapidly NNE at a high elevation, and it actually appeared to stop for about 1 minute or so and then change directions to a more Northern direction and then it disappeared or I just lost it.
I would give this a 4/10 on my weirdness scale but i actually thought I would bring it here since I got video and pictures of it. It was beautiful night and wind was from SSE and had been gusting up to about 10 mph before dust when it was very light.
Hypotheses
Balloons and balls

Balloon — aircraft (balloon), which is used for the flight gas, which is lighter than air.
Balloons - different sizes and shapes size toy, often made of latex. Is inflated with air or other gas. If the gas is lighter than air, the ball gains the ability to fly. The photo looks like a small dot. The colors and the opacity depends on the texture and color of the ball.
Sky Lantern

Sky Lantern (Chinese flashlight, Thai flashlight) - paper flying luminous structure made of rice paper stretched on a light wooden frame, bamboo ring, burner.
Airplane / Helicopter

An aircraft is heavier than air for flights in the atmosphere (and outer space (e.g. An orbital aircraft)), which uses the airframe's aerodynamic lift to keep itself in the air (when flying within the atmosphere) and the thrust of the power (propulsion) installation for maneuvering and compensating for the loss of total mechanical energy on drag.
