A round bright flash of light is seen over the city of Herenhoek (Zealand).
Eyewitness piest:
The flash of light occurred behind the trees, so it turned out to be quite low. There is no lightning, no thunder, no traffic, or anything else that could cause this. It was just a round bright orange-yellow light (the size of a basketball, from my point of view) that appeared for a second. The one I was with saw it too. I couldn't estimate how far. But I think in the back or in the park.

Een ronde felle lichtflits.
'S-HEERENHOEK, ZL — De lichtflits vond plaats achter de bomen, leek dus vrij laag te zijn. Er is geen bliksem of donder of verkeer oid wat dit veroorzaakt kan hebben. Het was gewoon opeens een rond fel oranje/geel licht (vanuit mijn standpunt zo groot als een basketbal) dat een seconde verscheen. Degene met wie ik was zag het ook. Ik kon niet inschatten hoe ver weg. Maar ik denk achter of in het park.
