I read an article in the newspaper "Trud" "Exactly at 4.10" and I want to inform you that on September 7, 1984 at 4.10 I woke up and saw a turquoise-green glow in the window on the northern part of the sky. Against the background of the starry sky, this glow was unusual in the form of a large circle, and then it began to change.
I woke up my wife and we watched together, opened the window.
I observed this phenomenon until 5-15. I marked this glow (time) and sketched it in my diary of weather observations. I have been keeping this diary since 1976. I wanted to go somewhere for an explanation of this phenomenon, but I didn't know where. and it remained a mystery. If you can, please explain.
