An object resembling a "UFO jellyfish" was filmed in the UK on February 3, 24.

It was shot less than a day ago in Vauxhall, London (UK), and its shape reminds me of the recent clip "Medusa".
As for the source, it was posted today in a small Facebook group of which I am a member. One of thousands of similar groups where people post their stories or photos/videos of strange sightings from time to time.
There are a lot of original materials there, but they don't go any further, and that's annoying, because sometimes really strange things happen. It seemed to me that it was interesting/relevant enough to share.
The video itself is "public" on the OP's Facebook account, and was later posted to a private group. In the comments, the OP says that the video does not convey all the visibility and that there were several witnesses. In the comments, responding to people, he said:
It looked like someone with a jetpack.
Too big for a drone and other shape, but too small to be a helicopter or anything else.
It didn't spin or blow in the wind. I'm just sailing straight ahead.
Then one of OP's friends posted a video of "Jellyfish" in the comments, and OP got a little scared and said it looked almost the same as what they had seen. Not only its general shape, but also the way it moves at such a constant speed in a straight line, despite the wind.
If the OP sees this, contact us if you want to remove it (or want to comment/add additional information). A few friends of the OP advised them to post it on YouTube or somewhere else so that more people would see it.

It was filmed less than a day ago ago in Vauxhall, London (UK), and it reminds me of the recent 'Jellyfish' video with its shape.
In terms of source - it was posted today in a tiny group on Facebook that I'm a member of. One of those thousands of similar groups where people occasionally post their stories or photos / videos of strange sightings.
Lots of original footage get posted in there but never goes any further, which is a shame because occasionally there's some genuinely weird stuff. This is one I thought was interesting / topical enough to share.
The video itself is 'public' on the OPs FB account, and that was then shared to the private group. In the comments the OP says the video doesn't do the sighting justice, and that there were multiple witnesses. In the comments replying to people he has said:
It looked like someone with a jet pack.
Way too big for a drone and not the same shape but too too small to be a helicopter or anything.
No rotation to it or like it was blowing in the wind. Just floating straight forward.
One of the OPs friends then posted the 'Jellyfish' video in the comments, and the OP replied a bit freaked out, and says it looks almost exactly like what they saw. Not just its general shape but how it moves at such a steady pace in a straight line despite the wind.
If OP happens to see this, please reach out if you'd like it taken down (or would like to comment / add any more information). Several of OPs friends told them to post this on YouTube or somewhere else like this so more people could see it also.

Balloon — aircraft (balloon), which is used for the flight gas, which is lighter than air.
Balloons - different sizes and shapes size toy, often made of latex. Is inflated with air or other gas. If the gas is lighter than air, the ball gains the ability to fly. The photo looks like a small dot. The colors and the opacity depends on the texture and color of the ball.
