I woke up at about 4.30. In the window I saw a bright green round spot against the dark background of the sky. To avoid optical deception when observing through the glass, I opened the window. The spot had a tail bent up at the end. After that, I went to the kitchen. The moon was shining brightly from the opposite side, there were no clouds - the stars were shining brightly. A smoky yellow-brown fog hung over the city.
I woke up my wife. The spot began to increase in size while losing its density
brightness. The shape of the phenomenon resembled a fish. After that, the mother-in-law was woken up. The brightness (at 4.40) decreased, the dimensions increased. There was a feeling that "it" was approaching towards the observer. (8th floor)
There was an idea that the pilots had an emergency (military aviation is a former service). At 4.55 am
there was also "this". I went to bed.
