RECORDING OF a CONVERSATION with Tatiana Demidovich, 14 years old, a student.
question: Tell us, what did you observe on June 24, 1981?
answer: There was heavy rain and a thunderstorm. And then it all went away. We were sitting at the kitchen table. And suddenly - a strong blow. Sveta even wanted to crawl under the table out of fear. Well, everyone laughed at her... We began to look out the window. Two rectangles hung vertically above the water. They glowed with a yellowish light. They were hanging above the horizon (Drawing a diagram). The distance between the pillars was less than the width of the pillar.
One pillar was crisp and clear, the other was more foggy. Not so clear. And then we noticed these
Here are the white objects, four. They were oval, like discs. On the water. Below the pillars. Then they began to move one after the other. A large stripe with black edging stood out from them. She-the big one-swam to shore. And others began to move erratically. Some of them also swam to the shore. I didn't see the big one with the stripe anymore and the little ones disappeared somewhere... Then they appeared. Then it appeared under the pillars... No, not a top hat, like a cigar, or something. A ship, maybe.
One "plate" rose above the water and, as it were, sat on the "ship", on the stern. It was as if she was infiltrating inside the ship. There was a feeling as if the "ship" was rising. There was some kind of movement around the "pillars", an air fluctuation.
The pillars were like a pencil at arm's length, even wider. The pillars were twice as high as the ships usually passing here. The "plate" sort of penetrated inside the "ship" and it lifted up and sort of flew. It was foggy, maybe it seemed so... It felt like he was flying.
This cigar, the submarine, the ship... Flying - so it seemed. It was impossible to see any details through binoculars. It was foggy. A smaller "plate" landed on the ship, and the one that was larger, with a stripe, disappeared somewhere when it headed for the shore. I never saw her again.
We've been watching for a long time. It started at about twenty-eight. These pillars hung for an hour and a half. One was weaker, as if in a haze. Then it seemed to me that when ordinary ships appeared ahead, towards Kronstadt, this cigar seemed to drop. In front of the ships. The pillars were yellowish in color, not bright. The "ship" was dark in color. The "plates" are just white. It was foggy. The general background was gray. It wasn't scary. It was scary only during the impact itself. Our cat was sitting under the chair. She hid during the impact. And when we looked out the window, she was also sitting under the chair.
The receiver didn't work, we didn't turn it on. When the storm started, we turned off the lights. I also called my friend, she lives in our house, below us. She was watching too. Her dad, who is a physicist, explained that all these are some kind of discharges...
