Initial data
K. Babaeva writes to the Commission on the AIA.:
I wrote to you, in February, I don't remember what date, I observed at 8 in the evening near Lake Onego near the tourist complex a very bright and large object (probably a satellite) very radiant, one ray is the longest of all, the height is 10 kilometers.
...
it seems to be round, but from the side, as if something is clinging to it, like a second circle and again on the right, one of the rays is brighter than the others, also a sky without stars. There's more than one circle on the side.
Hypotheses
Satellite
Ordinary satellites, which often look like single, not very bright luminous dots moving smoothly in the night sky, are quite often mistaken for UFOs. After the Starlink satellites (near-Earth satellite systems developed by SpaceX, in order to create a cheap and high-performance satellite Internet communication channel and technical transmitters for receiving and transmitting signals from earth and orbit) were launched, it became possible to observe groups of satellites (up to 60 pieces) flying one after another.
