Hey guys,
I just visited my parents today, and they showed me this video shot on their property in Brandenburg, Germany. I got it via WhatsApp. It looks quite interesting to my untrained eye. Does anyone have an explanation? The quality is pretty poor, but if necessary, I can get the original footage. I just need to explain to my father how to do it.

Does anyone has any explanations? Quality seams pretty bad but if wanted, i can get the source footage. Just need to explain my dad how to get this done.
