Initial data
Olga Nikolaevna Ukhabina writes.
On May 15, 1990, in the evening, at about 22-00 - 22-30 Moscow time, flashing lights were observed in the western part of the sky, unlike the pulsation rhythm and color (white) of the signal lights of aircraft or helicopters of the Air Force. At first, in the dark part of the sky, but not high, 3 lights appeared, forming an irregular triangle, the lights were lit sequentially, very quickly.
Suddenly, about a dozen more "appeared" on both sides of the first object, located in an arc, capturing quite a large part of the sky. The objects moved from right to left, but at different speeds, sometimes stopping. Suddenly, one of the objects approached with instantaneous speed, but not close enough to see its silhouette, only the lights became brighter and stopped flashing. he was "close" for a few moments and again took his place in the arc. Soon after, one by one, the lights began to go out and disappeared altogether.
The whole phenomenon lasted 4-7 minutes, the time was determined "by eye", there were about 7 observers next to me, I know many very well, but I cannot name them without consent for obvious reasons.
