House on Haunted Hill

The extravagant millionaire Frederick Lauren rents a haunted house for one night for a reception there, allegedly organized by his wife Annabelle. Five invitees must receive $ 10,000 each for participating in the event (if they remain alive). One of them, the owner of the house, the drunkard Watson Pritchard, tells the sinister story of the house where seven people were killed. And all the murders were distinguished by a certain originality – for example, one of the former owners threw his wife into a bath with acid.

Gradually, sinister events begin to occur in the house, including the guests begin to see ghosts. Especially often with them there is a cute Burrow. She wants to leave the house, but the door is locked before midnight. As a bonus, Frederick gives the guests small coffins, inside which there are pistols. More – Lance finds a severed head, and then the guests find Annabelle Lauren hanged. The doctor says she's dead. Now the mood of those present is changing – they want to leave the building, but the steel door can not be broken.

The apparitions of the ghosts become more and more frequent, which drives Nora completely mad. She goes to the basement, where Frederick also goes. Meanwhile, Dr. Trent enters Annabelle's room, which, as it turns out, only faked suicide. Their plan is that Nora, driven to madness, will shoot Frederick. At first glance, this is exactly what is happening. However, when Annabelle goes down to the basement, she does not find the doctor there, and a skeleton rises from the pool of acid, which chases her. Annabelle falls into the sinister pool. Now comes the denouement: Frederick is alive, he figured out the plan of his wife and her lover and struck a preemptive strike.
