Fledgling owlets look like aliens

Indian workers mistook the little fledgling owls for aliens. Nothing surprising: crumbs without feathers, and even standing on two legs, look like real aliens.

The construction group was working on the interior decoration of the old building. At some point, the workers reached the ceiling ceilings. It was then that a surprise was waiting for them - amazing creatures with huge eyes suddenly appeared in the light of the lantern.

The elongated head, the lowered beak and the attentive gaze of dark eyes — well, anyone would be scared here.

The aliens turned out to be the chicks of an ordinary barn owl, a species of owls common in India. Adult plumage will appear a little later, but for another couple of months the owls will frighten passers-by with their appearance.
