V.S. Grebennikov writes to the Commission, who interviewed a group of Omsk professional artists:
N.V.Tretyakov keeps sketches and a painting of the phenomenon in color, and some other artists. There was a journalist in the group, V.V. Popov, who, at my request and in a questionnaire, interviewed the artists and I was sent sketches with explanations, reduced copies of which are given below. The eyewitnesses are trustworthy: I have known many of them personally for a very long time. The sketches were made by N.V. Tretyakov and V.V. Popov (a total of 8 people observed the phenomenon).
It was a bright object of cold white color. In the middle of a black sky, like an electric welding machine.
When the circles deformed, they seemed to turn over and 4 rays formed above the horizon, but more straight, like something rising (but not the Sun); after some fractions, or maybe 2-3 seconds, everything disappeared.

Booster, the rocket and tracks
For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
