La pareja caminaba por la playa cuando notaron una luz muy brillante que venía desde arriba y luego se detuvo en el horizonte donde el mar se conectaba con el cielo.
La luz no se desvaneció y luego voló en su dirección justo por encima del nivel del mar. Cuando la luz se acercó a la pareja justo en la orilla del mar, la pareja se sorprendió al ver a un hombre acercándose a ellos desde el mar.
El extraño estaba completamente seco, llevaba ropa seca, ni siquiera un traje de buceo y la pareja no podía ver el bote flotando en la orilla.
Un extraño pasó junto a la pareja y uno de ellos dijo "hola", el hombre respondió pero con un acento extraño, pero cuando el testigo intentó estrecharle la mano, el hombre dijo:
"No es necesario".
Y luego siguió adelante y desapareció en la ciudad.

Summary: A couple was walking on the beach when they spotted a very bright light that traveled from above them, and then stopped in the horizon where the sea joined the sky. The light did not disappear and then flew in their direction just above sea level. As the light moved closer to the couple just at the seashore the couple was stunned to see a man approach them from the sea. The stranger was totally dry and was wearing dry clothes, not even diver’s suit and the couple could not see a boat floating on the shore. The stranger walked by the couple and one of them said “hello” the man answered but in a strange accent, but when the witness attempted to shake his hand the man said, “Its not necessary” and then continued walking and disappeared into town. Another strange thing that was noticed by the couple was when the stranger man was around the sounds of music that were around them suddenly stopped but when the man left the music returned.
