En una mañana lluviosa, un testigo se dirigía al trabajo cuando un destello de luz lo obligó a mirar el edificio Fisher adyacente de unos 50 pisos de altura. Una gran bola roja está encendida en la parte superior del edificio.
A su alrededor, vio varias figuras enormes, para ser pájaros, aladas. Parece que fueron alcanzados por un rayo mientras volaban en una formación tipo Boomerang.
Primero fueron rodeados por una luz amarilla y luego por una roja mientras navegaban hacia el sureste. Parecían despegar del techo del edificio.

During a stormy morning the witness was driving to work when a flash of light made him look up over the nearby Fisher building about 50 stories up. The building has a big red ball lit up on top. Around it he saw several huge winged figures, to big to be birds. It appeared they were startled from the lighting as they flew in a boomerang type formation. They were surrounded by a yellow glow at first and then a red glow as they drifted southeast. They had appeared to take off from the top of the building.
