Marzo 2000 - Light over Freshney Place
Un alumno de St James's School en Grimsby vio un OVNI flotando sobre Freshney Place.
Estaba sentado en el asiento trasero de un coche atascado en el tráfico con su familia cuando notó el objeto. Sucedió por la noche, después de que un gerente de la tienda de frutas de Grimsby notó un fenómeno similar sobre Willingham Street.
El joven dijo:
"Me di cuenta de esta luz redonda muy brillante en el cielo, flotaba en la misma posición, luego cayó muy empinadamente y dejó una línea blanca. Un minuto que estaba allí, al siguiente desapareció, fue muy raro.

March 2000 - Light over Freshney Place
A pupil at St James’ School in Grimsby spotted a UFO hovering over Freshney Place.
He was sitting in the back of a car stuck in traffic with his family when he spotted the object. The sighting came the evening after a Grimsby fruiterer had spotted a similar phenomenon above Willingham Street.
The youngster said: “I noticed this really bright round light in the sky, it was hovering in the same position then it dropped really steeply and left a white line behind it.
“One minute it was there, the next it was gone, it was really weird.”
