Claude Vorillon viajaba solo cerca del Monte volcánico Puy de Lassolas y estacionó su automóvil para descansar sus piernas cuando, de repente, vio un extraño helicóptero similar a un barco que descendía a través de la niebla.
El barco era plano en la parte inferior y tenía una cúpula en la parte superior con una luz roja parpadeante en la parte inferior y una luz blanca muy brillante en la parte superior. Flotaba muy cerca del Suelo, mientras que debajo se abría una puerta y aparecía una pequeña figura.
Era una figura humana con el pelo largo y negro y una barba, vestida con un mono verde. Se paró junto al testigo y habló con él en francés, invitándolo a bordo de la nave, donde se le transmitieron numerosos mensajes sobre la misión alienígena en la Tierra.
La criatura que llamó a su nombre "Yahweh" comenzó a explicar el verdadero origen de la humanidad a Claude. Explicó que los humanos fueron creados hace 25, 000 años sus humanos, "Elohims", o" criaturas del cielo", clonaron su propio ADN.
La criatura del traje verde le dio a Claude el nombre de "Rael" y le dijo a Claude que su verdadero padre era en realidad uno de los Elohim. También le dijo a Claude que había sido elegido para llevar su mensaje a la humanidad (el testigo se convertiría en el líder del movimiento Raeliano).

Summary: Claude Vorilhon was driving alone near the volcanic mountain, Puy-de-Lassolas and had parked his vehicle in order to rest his legs, when suddenly he saw a strange helicopter like craft descend through the fog. The craft was flat underneath and had a dome on top with a flashing red light on the bottom and a very bright white light on top. It hovered very close to the ground while a door in the bottom opened and a small figure emerged. It was a human like figure with long black hair and a beard, wearing a green one-piece outfit. He stood near the witness and spoke to him in French inviting him onboard the craft where he was given numerous messages in regards to the aliens mission on earth. The being, who said his name, was “Yahweh” proceeded to explain the true origins of humanity to Claude. Humans, he explained, were created 25,000 years ago by his people the “Elohim”, or “beings from the sky”, by cloning their own DNA. The green suited being gave Claude the name “Rael” and told Claude that his real father was actually one of the Elohim. He also informed Claude that he had been chosen to deliver their message to humanity. (The witness was to become the leader of the Raelian movement.)
