Temprano en la mañana, un residente local y vlasova despertaron un fuerte zumbido y crujido.
Cuando miró desde su Apartamento en una casa de varios pisos, notó un enorme globo del Tamaño de su cocina. La bola era de color grisáceo, pero parecía que había luces que iluminaban el Suelo debajo de ella.
La bola comenzó a flotar en su lugar y el zumbido se detuvo cuando de repente se volvió transparente, y ella vio siluetas oscuras de dos criaturas que parecían humanos en forma. Parece que manipularon algunas herramientas con sus manos.
Después de eso, el zumbido se volvió a escuchar, la bola se agrandó y desapareció de la vista.

Summary: Local resident Mrs. I Vlasova was awakened early in the morning by a strong humming noise and crackling sound. When she looked outside her flat of her multistoried building she noticed a huge globe, about the size of her kitchen. The globe was grayish in color, but she had the impression that there were lights shining inside illuminating the ground below it. The globe started hovering in place and the humming sound stopped when it suddenly became transparent and she saw the dark silhouettes of two entities, human like in form. They appeared to be manipulating some instruments with their hands. After that the humming sound became audible again and the globe zoomed up and disappeared from sight.
