La testigo, dolores torres, salió al patio trasero para cortar plantas de plátano cuando de repente todo a su alrededor se iluminó. Luego, la tierra y las plantas se iluminaron con luces multicolores de colores azul, amarillo, rojo y blanco.
En busca de una fuente de luz, el testigo levantó la vista y vio un objeto cilíndrico transparente, de aproximadamente 14 pulgadas (35,54 cm) de largo y 3 pulgadas (7,62 cm) de ancho, que estaba suspendido en el aire, aparentemente sostenido por un cable oscuro que provenía de algún lugar del cielo. Del cilindro emanaban destellos de luz multicolores. Al mismo tiempo, el testigo escuchó un fuerte zumbido.
Momentos después, el testigo vio una gran "figura" oscura que flotaba o volaba hacia él. Mientras se cernía sobre él, el testigo podía ver que se trataba de una figura humanoide, aparentemente encerrada en un traje oscuro de "alas".
La criatura tenía un rostro humano de color gris con enormes ojos aparentemente cerrados. También llevaba algo así como un casco o gorra ajustada. Cuando la figura intentó acercarse al testigo, este comenzó a golpearlo con un machete. Finalmente, la criatura y el cilindro luminoso escaparon.
El testigo sufrió una crisis nerviosa y tuvo que ser hospitalizado.

The witness, Dolores Torres, had gone out to his backyard to cut down some banana plants when suddenly everything around him became illuminated. The ground and the plants were then illuminated with multi-colored lights of blue, yellow, red, & white. Looking for the origin of the lights, the witness looked up and saw a transparent cylindrical object, about 14 inches long & 3 inches wide that was suspended in the air, apparently held up by a dark cable that originated from somewhere in the sky. The multi-colored flashes of light were coming from the cylinder. At the same time the witness could hear a loud buzzing sound. Moments later the witness saw a large dark “form” that was floating or flying down toward him. As it hovered over him, the witness could see that it was a humanoid figure apparently enclosed in a dark “wing-shaped” outfit. The being had a human-like face, gray in color with huge eyes that were apparently closed. It also wore what seemed to be a tight-fitting helmet or cap. As the figure attempted to approach the witness, this one began swinging at it with a machete. Finally the being, and the luminous cylinder glided away. The witness had a nervous breakdown and had to be hospitalized.
