Al escuchar los frenéticos ladridos de sus perros, el guardia de seguridad (involucrado en el enfrentamiento anterior) Luis Alberto Kalivar se armó con una linterna y un cuchillo y salió a investigar, como él, los perros se congelaron repentinamente.
Pronto, sus luces iluminaron una figura verdosa oscura que trepaba muy rápidamente por la palma de vasintonia. Cuando encendió una linterna sobre la figura, sintió que su mano se había "frío" y que el cuchillo y el reloj se habían caído de su mano, mientras que los perros estaban muy tranquilos e inmóviles.
Una sensación de entumecimiento envolvió su cuerpo y corrió de regreso a su cabaña de seguridad, seguido de perros que se escondían debajo de la habitación y comenzaron a temblar de miedo.
Solo podía describir a esta criatura como tener grandes orejas colgantes, de naturaleza líquida,aparentemente sin estructura ósea (!), daba la impresión de una masa flexible que se movía como un Canguro. Se movía silenciosamente y medía unos 1,30 m de altura.
Cuando vio por primera vez a esta criatura, parecía estar escondida detrás de un arbusto. Parecía torcer su cuerpo y nunca miró directamente a un testigo que nunca dejó caer su linterna. Increíblemente, a pesar de la reacción, el testigo no sintió miedo ni notó el olor que emanaba de la criatura.
La reunión duró unos 5 minutos y la criatura estaba a unos 9 metros del testigo. También describió a esta criatura como tener un cabello verdoso de 5 a 6 cm de largo.
Poco después de la reunión, Kalivar también acudió a un médico y perdió alrededor de 20 libras.

Summary: Upon hearing the frenetic barking of his dogs, security guard (involved in a previous encounter) Luis Alberto Calivar armed himself with a flashlight and a knife and went outside to investigate, as he did the dogs suddenly became very still. Soon his lights illuminated a dark greenish form that ran very quickly climbing up a Wasintonia palm. As he shone the flashlight at the figure he felt his arm become “cold” and the knife and watch dropped out of his hand, at the same time the dogs stood very quiet and still. A feeling of numbness overcame his body and he ran back inside his security shack, he was followed by the dogs that hid under the room and began to shake in fear. He could only describe the creature as having large flopping ears, fluid in nature, apparently without a bone structure (!), it gave the appearance of being a flexible mass that moved around like a Kangaroo. It moved silently and was about 1.30m in height. When he first spotted the creature it seemed to have been crouching down, behind a bush. It seemed to twist its body around and never looked straight at the witness, which never dropped his flashlight. Incredibly despite the reactions the witness felt no fear and did not notice any odors coming from the creature. The encounter lasted about 5 minutes and the creature was about 9 meters away from the witness. He further described the creature as having greenish hairs about 5 to 6cm in length. Soon after the encounter Calivar had too see a doctor and lost about 20 pounds.
