Mike B. estaba a unas tres millas en el bosque cazando ciervos, tenía que caminar porque el bosque era demasiado denso y era imposible llevar un Quad (vehículo todo terreno) con él, luego decidió acampar durante la noche. Según un testigo, hay varias minas de talco y mucha caza en la zona. Más tarde oscureció y hacía un poco de calor afuera.
Al Norte de donde estaba acampando, vio luces azules en el cielo. Se elevaron sobre el Suelo y luego se fueron detrás de la colina. Pronto comenzó a escuchar sonidos de "chasquido-chirrido" de aves que no se parecían a ninguno de los que podía identificar. Los sonidos se acercaban.
Cuando Mike encendió la linterna, vio a la criatura y huyó de la luz. Más tarde escuchó algo acercarse a él, y su primera reacción fue tomar un arma y disparar. Dijo que la hoguera estaba encendida y vio a una criatura que llamó "un Dios terrible".
La criatura era de naturaleza reptiloide y era mucho más alta que Mike, que tenía 6 pies 6 pulgadas (198,1 cm) de altura, de color marrón verdoso y escamosa con ojos de gato. Luego, la criatura comenzó a dar vueltas alrededor de la fogata de Mike, y Mike sintió que un par de piedras le arrojaban. Se quedó allí toda la noche y permaneció despierto toda la noche.
Parecía que las criaturas eran varias, y pasaron toda la noche dando vueltas alrededor del campamento. De hecho, usó toda su munición y su último disparo fue alrededor de las 07:00. Aparentemente, las criaturas se comunicaban entre sí a través de tweets y chasquidos. Mike dijo que antes había disparado a un ciervo y lo había dejado para las criaturas.
Por la mañana, noté que el ciervo había desaparecido y las huellas estaban allí, como si hubiera sido arrastrado... huellas que conducían a las minas de talco con un agujero de tres pies de ancho (0,9 m) y cuatro pies de alto (1,2 m).
Por la noche, solo vio un reptil, pero cuando se despertó por la mañana, encontró tres pares de huellas. Las huellas se miden en Tamaño 14 en un zapato de Tamaño humano con tres dedos de los pies... tres en la parte delantera y uno en la parte posterior, "como los dedos de un lagarto".
Según Mike, los lugareños informaron la misteriosa desaparición de sus mascotas y otros animales pequeños. También hay informes de dos personas desaparecidas en la zona.

Summary: Mike B was about three miles in the woods hunting for deer, he had to walk because the woods were too thick and it was impossible to take an ATV (al terrain vehicle) back with him, he then decided to camp for the night. According to the witness there are several talc mines in the area and plenty of game. Later it grew dark and it was somewhat warm outside. To the north of where he was camping he saw blue lights in the sky. They were hovering over the ground and then they went behind a hill. A short while later he began to hear “clicking-chirping” birdlike sounds, unlike any he was able to identify. The sounds kept getting closer. When Mike shined a flashlight, he saw a creature and it ran from the light. Then he later heard something walking toward him and his first reaction was to go for his gun and take a shot. He said the campfire was lit and he saw the creature which he described as “god-awful”. The creature was reptilian in nature and much taller than Mike which was 6’6″ in height, greenish/brown and scaly with catlike eyes. The creature then began to circle around Mike’s campfire and Mike felt a couple of rocks being hurled at him. He stayed there that night and didn’t sleep the whole night. It seemed that there were more than one creature and they kept circling around the camp all night long. In fact he used all his ammunition and his last shot was around 0700A. Apparently the creatures communicated among themselves by using chirping and clicking sounds. Mike said he had shot a deer earlier and he left it behind for the creatures. In the morning he noticed that the deer was gone, and tracks were there as if it had been dragged off…tracks that led to the talc mines which had a three-foot wide and four foot high opening. He had seen only one reptilian during the night, but when he got up in the morning he found three sets of footprints. The footprints measure size 14 in a man-size shoe with three toed feet…three in the front and one in the back “like a lizard’s toes.” According to Mike local residents have reported the mysterious disappearance of their pets and other small animals. There are also reports of two missing persons in the area.
