Datos iniciales
El residente local Arkady Grigorievich regresó a casa del trabajo. El clima era bueno, con cielos despejados y despejados. De repente sopló un fuerte viento. El clima comenzó a cambiar repentinamente, como si se acercara una tormenta eléctrica. Arcadio esperaba una fuerte lluvia. De repente, un brillante rayo de luz lo cegó, aún pensando que era un cambio brusco en el clima primaveral, miró hacia el cielo y, para su sorpresa, vio 5 o 6 brillantes rayos de luz. Los rayos de luz no parecían provenir del Sol, ya que estaba completamente ausente del cielo.
Arkady se detuvo y comenzó a mirar atentamente al cielo. De repente, el viento se agitó y las nubes se separaron, momento en el que vio un extraño objeto flotando sobre las nubes. Pensando que estaba viendo algo, intentó alejarse, pero se volvió y el objeto todavía estaba allí.
Era una nave metálica de forma circular con contornos distintos. Arkady tuvo dificultades para estimar el Tamaño del objeto, ya que la distancia era difícil de medir. Sus sentimientos eran extraños e inexplicables, pero no sentía miedo. No podía decir cuánto tiempo permaneció allí, solo mirando un OVNI que comenzó a declinar y luego se colgó silenciosamente a cierta distancia del Suelo.
Pronto, un gran rayo de luz descendió del centro del objeto, el rayo era brillante, pero se podía mirar. Luego vio algunas sombras o formas en movimiento dentro de la viga, pero no pudo ver ningún detalle específico.
Luego, el rayo desapareció repentinamente y el OVNI comenzó a subir lentamente. Arkady siguió mirando el OVNI hasta que se convirtió en un pequeño punto en el cielo oscuro. Al regresar a casa, se dio cuenta de que aparentemente había estado observando el OVNI durante más de una hora.

A local man, Arkady G. was returning home from his job. The weather was good with crisp and clear skies. Suddenly a strong wind began blowing; the weather began to change suddenly as if a thunderstorm was approaching. Arkady expected heavy rain to fall. Suddenly a bright beam of light blinded him, still thinking that it was a swift change of the spring weather he looked up to the sky and to his surprise he saw 5 or 6 bright wide beams of light. The beams of light didn’t appear to be from the Sun, as it was totally absent from the sky. Arkady stopped and began to look at the sky attentively. Suddenly the wind became calmer and the clouds moved away and at this point he saw a strange object hovering beyond the clouds. Thinking he was seeing things he attempted to walk away but he turned around and the object was still there. It was a metallic circular craft with distinct contours. Arkady found it difficult to estimate the object’s size since the distance was hard to measure. His feelings were strange and unexplainable, but he felt no fear. He could not say how long he remained there just looking at the UFO which began to descend and then hovered silently some distance from the ground. Soon a large beam of light descended from the center of the object, the beam was bright but bearable to look at. Then he saw several moving shadows or figures inside of the beam, but could not see any specific details. The beam then suddenly vanished and the UFO began to slowly ascend upward. Arkady kept looking at the UFO until it became a small dot in the dark sky. When he returned home he realized that he had been apparently watching the UFO for more than an hour, he could not remember anything else.
