Una pareja casada con años de experiencia en aviación regresaba de la casa de un amigo donde veían películas. Estaban discutiendo una de las películas cuando la esposa dijo:
"Mira lo que es eso?»
Vieron en el aire una nave triangular negra con luces y varias ventanas. Había un faro púrpura en el centro de la parte inferior, pero en ninguna parte de la instalación había luces de posición o luces de prevención de colisiones.
Pensaron por un momento que podría ser un bombardero B-2, pero no hizo ningún ruido y, "acercándose" a ellos, se detuvo justo encima de su automóvil. Alrededor de este tiempo, se desviaron a su camino privado y llegaron a su casa. Eso fue alrededor de las 23.20.
Lo siguiente que recuerdan es que viajaban en un automóvil en 224a por la mañana. El auto conducía, pero la esposa estaba sentada en el asiento del conductor y el esposo en el pasajero.
Debido a que su altura es de 6 pies y 5 pulgadas (195,5 cm) y ella tiene 5 pies y 7 pulgadas (170,1 cm), esto significaba que sus rodillas estaban presionadas contra el tablero. Ninguno de ellos recuerda nada después de estacionar el auto. No recuerdan lo que sucedió durante el tiempo perdido, por qué estaban en diferentes posiciones en el automóvil o por qué todavía estaban sentados cerca de su casa con las ventanas abiertas y el techo abierto.

Summary: A married couple with many years of aviation experience was returning from some friend’s house where they had been watching movies. They were discussing one of the movies when the wife said, “Look at that, what in the world is that?” They saw a black triangular craft in the air with lights and several windows. There was a purple beacon in the center of the bottom, but no position lights or anti-collision lights anywhere on the object. They thought for a moment that it might be a B-2 bomber, but it made no noise at all and after “zooming” up to them it stopped right over their vehicle. About this time they turned onto their private road and made it up to their house. This was around 2320. The next thing that either of them remembers was being in the car at 224a in the morning. The car was running but the wife was in the driver’s seat and the husband in the passenger’s. Since he is 6’5” and she is 5’7” this meant that his knees were forced into the dashboard. Neither remembers anything whatsoever after parking the car. They do not remember what happened during the lost time, why they were in different positions in the car, or why they were still sitting outside their house with all of the car windows still down and the moon roof open. The husband woke up with a headache the next morning and his wife felt ill enough to stay in bed for most of the day. There were other reports of flying triangles that same night in different parts of the country
