Un testigo y su esposa navegaban por el río Caddo en una Canoa cuando, aproximadamente a una milla de la presa, vio a dos humanoides grises parados en un claro en el bosque. Uno estaba orientado hacia el oeste, el otro hacia el Norte. Se acurrucaron como si miraran algo que uno de ellos tenía en la mano. Eran aproximadamente 5 pies 6 pulgadas (167,6 cm) de altura. Eran de color blanco pálido con un tinte amarillo y no llevaban ropa.
El testigo decidió no investigar, luego su esposa le preguntó por qué parecía tan sorprendido, pero él no le dijo nada.
Los dos humanoides grises tenían cabezas muy grandes y un pliegue que se extendía desde la frente hasta la parte posterior del cuello, ambos parecían muy frágiles, y un testigo afirma que pudo ver su "columna vertebral" y su Caja torácica.

Summary: The witness and his wife were floating on the Caddo River in a canoe when approximately one mile down from the dam he observed two gray humanoids standing in a clearing in the woods. One was facing west the other facing north. They were huddled together as if looking at something one of them was holding in its hand. They were approximately 5’6” tall. They were a pasty white color with a yellow hue and were not wearing clothing of any kind. The witness decided not to investigate, his wife then asked him why he looked so shocked but he did not tell her anything. The two gray humanoids had very large heads and had a crease that ran from the forehead all the way back down to the back of the neck, both appeared very frail and the witness claims he was able to see their “spinal column” and rib cage. The weather had been clear and sunny with excellent visibility.
