El testigo, que sufría de insomnio, volvió a tener dificultades para dormir esa noche y leyó un libro en la cama. Fue brevemente a la cocina a tomar un vaso de agua y luego regresó a su libro; en ese momento, de repente escuchó un sonido extraño que se asemejaba al de las ondas de Radio cuando alguien buscaba una estación de Radio.
Pensó que el sonido era extraño, pero lo que realmente golpeó fue un fuerte golpe repentino en el techo, como si algo hubiera caído sobre él. Luego escuchó otro sonido extraño, un sonido que solo podía comparar con el arrullo de una paloma, pensó que podría ser un gato, ya que escuchó a su perro afuera muy nervioso.
Todo se calmó por un minuto, luego volvió a escuchar el sonido y esta vez su perro gruñó. Se levantó de la cama y abrió la ventana del dormitorio, esperando ver a su perro atacar al gato.
El patio trasero estaba muy oscuro, pero estaba ligeramente iluminado por una farola cercana. Luego notó que su perro había atacado algo que al principio no podía identificar de inmediato. Notó dos brazos cortos que se movían hacia arriba, como tratando de alejar al perro.
En ese momento, el testigo se sorprendió cuando notó que era una criatura que nunca había visto antes.
La criatura era muy baja, con piernas muy cortas, un vientre grande redondo, un cuello curvo como el de un avestruz, con una cabeza pequeña y parecía estar protegida por una especie de "escudo". El testigo no vio ni los ojos, ni la boca, ni las orejas. La piel de la criatura era gris y parecía escamosa como la de una serpiente. En ese momento, la criatura se volvió y se dirigió a la ventana del testigo.
Horrorizado, saltó y cerró la ventana, momento en el que su visión se volvió muy borrosa, podía escuchar un fuerte zumbido en sus oídos y su piel comenzó a picar. De repente, todo se normalizó y su visión se normalizó gradualmente.
El testigo corrió inmediatamente a la habitación de su hermana, gritando que había un "extraterrestre"en el patio trasero. Por supuesto, su hermana no le creyó, y cuando vieron lo que había allí, ya no estaba.
Sus padres tampoco le creyeron, diciéndole al testigo que tenía que ser un animal. No notó ningún rastro visible en su perro.

He briefly went to the kitchen for a glass of water and then returned to his book; at this point he suddenly heard a strange sound resembling that of radio static when someone is searching for a radio station. He thought the sound was strange but what really startled was a sudden loud thump on the roof as if something had fallen on it. He then heard another strange sound, a sound he could only compare to the cooing of a pigeon, he thought it could be a cat since he could hear his dog outside becoming very nervous. Everything became silent for a minute then he heard the sound again, and this time his dog began to growl. He got up from bed and opened the bedroom window expecting to see his dog attacking a cat. The backyard was very dark but it was slightly illuminated by a nearby light post. He then noticed his dog attacking something that at first he could not immediately identify. He noticed what appeared to be two short arms moving upwards as if trying to shoo the dog away. At this point the witness was stunned when he noticed that it was a creature that he had never seen before. The creature was very short with very short legs, a round large belly, a curving neck, like that of an ostrich, it had a small head and appeared to be protected by a sort of ‘shield’. The witness did not see any eyes, mouth or ears. The creature’s skin was gray in color and appeared to be scaly like that of a snake. At this point the creature turned and headed towards the witness’s window. Terrified he jumped back and closed the window, at this point his vision became very blurry, he could hear a loud buzzing sound in his ears and his skin became to itch. Suddenly everything returned to normal and his vision gradually normalized. The witness immediately ran to his sister’s room, screaming that there was an ‘alien’ in the backyard. Of course his sister did not believe him and when they looked out whatever it was it was gone. His parents did not believe him either, telling the witness that it must have been an animal. He did not notice any visible marks on his dog.
