Un testigo, que estaba en la Universidad en el área, montó una bicicleta por el vecindario y se detuvo en un callejón sin salida donde notó un sendero que conducía al bosque. Prefiere conducir tan rápido moviéndose en esa dirección, pero se desvió rápidamente de esa dirección cuando vio el sendero a unos 50 pies (15 m) de distancia. Sin embargo, su curiosidad pronto se hizo cargo, y se dio la vuelta, se detuvo y miró lo que lo asustó tanto.
Era una figura humanoide alta con un manto negro como el alquitrán o una capa con una capucha puntiaguda que cubría la cara. No podía ver rasgos faciales, solo oscuridad. Las características más notables e inusuales fueron sus manos. Tenía brazos grandes, similares a garras, de casi un pie (0,3 m) de largo. La criatura simplemente se paró y la miró sin moverse.

The witness who was attending college in the area was riding his bicycle through the neighborhood and had stopped on a dead end street where he spotted a trail that lead into some woods. He prefers to ride on trials so quickly headed in that direction but quickly veered from that direction when he saw on the path roughly 50feet from him. However his curiosity soon got the best of him and he turned back and stopped and stared at what frightened him so much. It was a tall humanoid figure wearing a pitch black robe or cloak which had a pointed hood covering its face. He couldn’t see any facial features just darkness. The most prominent and strangeness features were its hands. It had large claw-like hands that appeared almost a foot long. The creature just stood there staring at him without moving. Now extremely frightened the witness drove to his home which was about 2 minutes away and brought a roommate with him, however by the time they got back the creature was gone.
