The witness, who attended college in the area, was cycling through the neighborhood and stopped at a dead end where he noticed a trail leading into the woods. He prefers to drive so fast while moving in that direction, but quickly turned off that direction when he saw a trail about 50 feet (15 m) away. However, his curiosity soon got the better of him, and he turned, stopped, and stared at what had so startled him.
It was a tall humanoid figure in a pitch-black robe or cloak with a pointed hood covering its face. He couldn't see any features, just the darkness. The most noticeable and unusual features were his hands. It had large, clawlike hands, almost a foot (0.3 m) long. The creature just stood there and stared at him, not moving.

The witness who was attending college in the area was riding his bicycle through the neighborhood and had stopped on a dead end street where he spotted a trail that lead into some woods. He prefers to ride on trials so quickly headed in that direction but quickly veered from that direction when he saw on the path roughly 50feet from him. However his curiosity soon got the best of him and he turned back and stopped and stared at what frightened him so much. It was a tall humanoid figure wearing a pitch black robe or cloak which had a pointed hood covering its face. He couldn’t see any facial features just darkness. The most prominent and strangeness features were its hands. It had large claw-like hands that appeared almost a foot long. The creature just stood there staring at him without moving. Now extremely frightened the witness drove to his home which was about 2 minutes away and brought a roommate with him, however by the time they got back the creature was gone.
