El testigo se dirigía hacia el sur por la autopista 27 de los Estados Unidos a las 8:05 pm del 4 de abril de 2015, cuando ocurrió el incidente.
"El sol acababa de llegar no hace mucho tiempo, antes de que ocurriera la vigilancia", declaró un testigo. "La primera vez que vi una luz sólida en el cielo descendente. Mi primer pensamiento fue que fue el aterrizaje del avión, ya que el aeropuerto no está más de cinco millas de la carretera".
El testigo continuó observando la luz, pero notó que había cambiado su rumbo hacia el aeropuerto:
"En ese momento comencé a preocuparme un poco. Pensé que tal vez había algo mal con el avión. Pero solo unos segundos después, me di cuenta de que no era un avión en absoluto".
El testigo pensó brevemente que era un helicóptero hasta que el OVNI se movió directamente sobre la carretera y se detuvo rápidamente sobre la línea de árboles más cercana.
"Ahora sé que esto sonará ridículo, pero pensé' ¿qué haría Fox Mulder?"Así que me detuve en la mediana más cercana, salí del auto e inmediatamente noté que era un OVNI de forma triangular. Mi mandíbula cayó y cayó al Suelo. Esta cosa simplemente flotaba sobre una línea de árboles cerca de una carretera concurrida".
Luego, un testigo inspeccionó el terreno y notó que ningún otro automóvil estaba desacelerando la velocidad o deteniéndose para observar este increíble momento.
"Había luces rojas y blancas en la parte inferior y los lados de la nave. La luz roja parpadeaba de la misma manera que en un helicóptero o avión, pero las luces blancas parecían "parpadear" y luego apagarse. El OVNI siguió flotando allí por un tiempo, pero comenzó a moverse de nuevo y cruzó la carretera de nuevo. De hecho, casi me golpeó".
El testigo en ese momento entró en pánico un poco.
"Pero mantuve la calma porque, francamente, era más intrigante que aterrador. Trato de mantener una sensación de asombro ante lo desconocido, o simplemente la ciencia en general, en lugar de temerla. La nave comenzó a moverse en zigzag por la carretera. Volví al auto y comencé a seguirlo, pero él ganó demasiada velocidad y altura para continuar persiguiendo".
El testigo no reportó ninguna anomalía en la escena:
"Y en caso de que te lo preguntes, no afectó mi auto ni a mí, ni experimenté pérdida de tiempo o contacto con ninguna de las personas de negro. Creo que tengo la suerte de presenciar esto ". pero ganó demasiada velocidad y Altitud para continuar persiguiendo".

My first thought was that it was a plane landing since there is an airport not but five miles away from the highway.” The witness continued to watch the light, but noticed it shifted its course away from the airport.“At that point I was starting to feel a little worried. I thought maybe something was wrong with the plane. But just a few seconds later I realized this wasn’t a plane at all.” The witness briefly considered the object to be a helicopter, until the UFO moved directly over the road and stopped quickly over a nearby tree line. “Now I know this is going to sound funny, but I thought, ‘What would Fox Mulder do?’ So I pulled over in a nearby median, got out of my car and immediately noticed it was a triangle-shaped UFO. My jaw dropped and hit the floor. This thing was just hovering over a tree line right next to a busy Highway.” The witness then surveyed the area and noticed there were no other cars slowing down or stopping to observe this incredible moment. “It had red and white lights on the bottom and sides of the craft. The red light was blinking no different than you would see on a chopper or plane, but the white lights seemed to ‘pulse’ in and out. The UFO continued to just hover there for a moment, but it started moving again and it crossed the road again. It actually almost went right over me.” The witness became a little panicked at that moment. “But I kept my cool because – to be honest it was more intriguing than frightening. I try to keep a sense of wonder about the unknown or just science in general rather than fear it. So the craft started moving in a zigzag pattern down the highway.I got back in my car and started following it, but it picked up too much speed and altitude to continue pursuing it.” The witness reported no anomalies at the scene. “And if you were wondering, no it didn’t affect my car or me, nor did I experience a loss of time or contact by any Men in Black. It is just something I feel fortunate enough to have witnessed.”
