The witness was traveling south on U.S. Highway 27 at 20: 05 on April 4, 2015, when the incident occurred.
"The sun just set not so long ago, before the sighting took place," the witness said. "For the first time, I saw a solid light in the descending sky. My first thought was that it was a plane landing, since the airport is not more than five miles from the highway."
The witness continued to observe the light, but noticed that it had changed its course away from the airport:
"At this point, I started to get a little worried. I thought maybe there was something wrong with the plane. But after only a few seconds, I realized that it wasn't a plane at all."
The witness briefly thought it was a helicopter, until the UFO moved directly over the road and quickly stopped over the nearest tree line.
"Now I know this is going to sound ridiculous, but I thought ,' What would Fox Mulder do?» So I stopped at the nearest median, got out of the car, and immediately noticed that it was a triangular-shaped UFO. My jaw dropped to the floor. This thing was just hovering over the tree line next to a busy highway."
The witness then surveyed the area and noticed that no other car slowed down or stopped to watch the incredible moment.
"There were red and white lights on the bottom and sides of the ship. The red lights flickered just as they would on a helicopter or plane, but the white lights seemed to "flash on" and then go out. The UFO continued to just hover there for a while, but started moving again and crossed the road again. In fact, it almost hit me."
The witness panicked a little at this point.
"But I kept my cool because, to be honest, it was more intriguing than frightening. I try to maintain a sense of wonder at the unknown or just science in general, rather than being afraid of it. The ship began to zigzag along the highway. I got back in the car and started following him, but he had gained too much speed and altitude to continue the pursuit."
The witness did not report any anomalies at the scene:
"And in case you're wondering, it didn't affect my car or me, and I didn't experience any loss of time or contact with any of the Men in Black. I consider myself lucky to have witnessed this." but he gained too much speed and altitude to continue the pursuit."

So the craft started moving in a zigzag pattern down the highway.I got back in my car and started following it, but it picked up too much speed and altitude to continue pursuing it.” The witness reported no anomalies at the scene. “And if you were wondering, no it didn’t affect my car or me, nor did I experience a loss of time or contact by any Men in Black. It is just something I feel fortunate enough to have witnessed.”
