El testigo recuerda cuando se despertó en medio de la noche y se le acercó un hombre vestido de blanco.
La tomó de la mano y ambos parecían volar sobre el mar gris y agitado. Volaron hacia un enorme objeto de forma octogonal con grandes ventanas que parecían flotar directamente sobre el agua. Luego terminó dentro del objeto.
En el interior, vio a varios hombres y mujeres con monos azules sentados y manejando varias consolas y pantallas de terminales.
Una hermosa mujer con cabello largo y rubio se acercó a la testigo y habló con ella. Ella dijo que vigilan la tierra y pueden controlar ciertos desastres en su propio beneficio y evitar la superpoblación.

Summary: The witness remembers waking up in the middle of the night and being approached by a man dressed in all white. He took her by the hand and then both appeared to be flying over a gray choppy sea. They flew towards a huge octagonal shaped object with large windows, which seemed to hover just above the water. Next she was inside the object. Inside she saw several men and women in blue coveralls sitting and operating various consoles and terminal screens. A beautiful woman with long blond hair came over to the witness and spoke to her. She told the witness that they were monitoring the earth and were able to control certain disasters for their own interests and to prevent over-population.
