The witness remembers waking up in the middle of the night and being approached by a man dressed all in white.
He took her hand, and they both seemed to be flying over a gray, choppy sea. They were flying towards a huge octagonal object with large Windows that seemed to float directly above the water. Then she was inside the object.
Inside, she saw several men and women in blue jumpsuits sitting and operating various consoles and terminal screens.
A beautiful woman with long blond hair approached the witness and spoke to her. She said they monitor the land and can control certain disasters in their own interests and prevent overpopulation.
